Monday night music question

On Monday night, there was a dance to start the evening by the company. I am stumped by the name of the second song in the music set used for this dance. It is the military march, I think just before the Star Wars section. I know it doesn't come from The Bridge on the River Kwai, but it is a piece from a movie about WWII. Can anyone help me name that tune and movie? I'm stumped, and it's driving me nuts (my wife would say it's a short trip). Do you find this valuable?
