what are the rules for voting? can someone outside the USA vote? like from another Country. Can they register to vote online? 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Hi Donlou and welcome to the site!! I am from Canada and I am able to vote, the only restriction is that I vote during a certain time designated as my voting time (according to when the show airs). I haven't tried to vote on line. Hope this helps. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
