Tom deserves an Emmy!

I hope Tom wins the Best Reality Host this year. Tough competition, though... If he doesn't win it, I bet Heidi Klum does. Do you find this valuable?

I think that Tom has it head and shoulders above the others...he is so quick to pick up on ques and deliver a funny line. The others can't hold a candle to him for spontaneity. Do you find this valuable?
