Brooke Burke It would be much nicer to hear Ms.Burke use a different term other than "you guys" - maybe just "You" in a more appropriate sentence. Also, standing with her hand on her hip as she speaks is very unprofessional in appearance. She is a lovely woman and hopefully these little suggestions will help.
