I just have to say:
The show is entirely too long. We can do without the practice scenes. We can also do without Brooke Burke who asks the same questions over and over again. One host is enough. This show has lost a lot of viewers for the reasons I stated as well as the lack of real stars. All you have lately is has been dancers or never was. Seriously, what has Chaz Bono done besides being Cher's offspring and being transgender? They are having people just for shock appeal rather than being actual stars. If no real stars want to be on the show, then either change the name from Dancing with the Stars to Dancing with the Oddities. Enough is enough, the show has run it's course, let it fade into television history with some grace.

Winning Team
I have watched this show since the beginning. I love Dereck and Julianne and Mark, but I don't think that they are set up with the better dancers each season. Out of 11 seasons, Dereck, Julianne, and Mark have won two times each, but so has Cheryl Burke. I would imagine that it is the luck of the draw or trying to match up heights between the two dancers.

Brooke Burke Has Got to Go!!
I was willing to give her chance to get acclimated last year, but she isn't any better this year and may be worse. The dancing couples just stare at her. She jerks the microphone away just as they're ready to say something, because she's already used up the time. She says things out of nowhere and there is no flow to her conversation. My husband watches just to see if her dresses get any tighter than the week before. I thought for sure we were in for a wardrobe malfunction last night.

I wish it was Melissa!!!
If they had to change hosts, why couldnt they put Melissa Rycroft on instead of brooke? Half the time Brooke doesnt know what she is going to say...I dont know what they are going to do. What are your thoughts???

What did you all think of Brooke? I think she is a great replacement for Samantha. I was never a fan of Samantha, so I am very pleased that Brooke is on the show.

If There Was An Allstar Cast, Who Would You Want To See?
If DWTS was to do an Allstar season, who would be your choices from all of the season's contestants? I am going to limit my choices to 14, because I want to see competitionin certain categories...but you can make it any number that you want. Does ABC set Derek (and Mark and Julianne) up to have the winning team
It's hard to avoid the fact that one of the "Ballas crowd" gets assigned the highest potential dancers each season and has won so many times since they were brought in. Do you see bias in this fact, or just coincidence? (BTW, it doesn't appear true in Season 9.)
