OK, so I was looking at this costume and I was thinking that if Nicole actually designed this, her taste is clearly all in her mouth. Why would anyone put an oversized dust ruffle on their chest? Very un flattering. And if this skirt was cut any lower she would be in peril of showing the world her Brazilian wax.
