Biography: Niecy Nash was born Carol Denise Ensley in Palmdale, CA, in 1970. She is an actress and comedian who is best known for playing Deputy Raineesha Williams on the Comedy Central show “Reno 911.”
Niecy is also the host of the home make-over show “Clean House.”
