Kym Johnson began her Dancing With The Stars career on the Australian version of the show, before joining the U.S. version for the first time in Season 3 when she and partner Jerry Springer miraculously finished fifth. She's finished second two times, in Season 4 with partner Joey Fatone, and in Season 7 with NFL player Warren Sapp.

Kym was a competitive dancer for several years, finishing second at the Australian Dancesport Championships in 1998. She has also modeled and appeared in TV commercials and the movie Strictly Ballroom.

Kim is partnered with actor David Alan Grier for Season 8 of Dancing With The Stars.
