She is most noted for modelling swimsuits and has graced the pages of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition 13 consecutive times. She later tried her luck at acting, appearing in a number of television and movie roles. It should come as no surprise that she has also published several fitness videos. Kathy is also a very successful entrepreneur. She started this arm of her career by marketing a line of socks and later branched out to include many thing ranging from a clothing line to furniture. Kathy is also a published author of children's books.... Five so far, with another one due out this fall. She is married to Dr. Greg Olsen and they have three children: son, Erik; daughters, Lily and Chloe. She and DWTS partner Tony Dovolani were eliminated in the second week of Season 9.
