Biography: Kate was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1975. She has one brother and three sisters. She is a registered nurse, but is best known for the reality show she did with her estranged husband, Jon, and their eight children.
After she and Jon separated, their show, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, was cancelled. Their marital difficulties and separation have become tabloid fodder, and she has been very vocal about her dislike of them. We'll soon see what she thinks about publicity from this show.
