Jesse DeSotoJesse DeSoto competed on only one season of Dancing With The Stars, Season 3 with model Shanna Moakler. They finished in tenth place.

Unlike many of the professional dancers we have come to know on the show, Jesse did not start his training in dance as a child. Just like Len Goodman, Jesse did not start to dance until he was 19 years of age. This was at the urging of his mother, who found a newspaper ad looking for inexperienced dancers to train for three months. Jesse answered the ad, and he hasn't looked back. The fact that he has been so successful speaks to the amount of talent and aptitude he has for the sport. He rose to become American Rhythm Champion in just 7 years, and by that time was a sought-after coach as well.

Jesse's list of accomplishments include: Nevada Star Ball Rising Star American Rhythm Champion 2003, Ohio Star Ball Rising Star American Rhythm Champion 2004, U.S. Dancesport Championships World Mambo Finalist 2005, Cleveland Dancesport Champion 2005, Crystal Ball American Rhythm Champion 2005, St Louis Star Ball American Rhythm Champion 2005, Indiana Challenge Open American Rhythm Champion 2006, California Open American Rhythm Champion 2006.
