Donny Osmond	Actor & Singer	Donny Osmond stated in early 2009 that he would not take part in Season 8 of Dancing with the Stars, because of scheduling conflicts. But he noted that he was offered to be in Season 9, and he accepted.

I hate to burst any bubbles here, but Adam Lambert will be on tour with American Idol for the summer, Fergie has planned a year's tour with the Black Eyed Peas, and Tori Spelling has a TV show running.

I don't have any "Rumors" but I would like to see:

Ryan Lochte: Olympic Gold Medalist (was part of the relay team)

William Peterson (Actor)

Tony Hawk (Skate Boarder)

Kathy Griffin (comedian-she is in the audience every year)

Anna Demidova	Anna Demidova won the Pro-Dancer Competition in Season 8, and is guaranted as a professional in Season 9.
Derek Hough	Derek Hough told Ryan Seacrest that he would be back for Season 9. Can be viewed here.
Kym Johnson	Tom Bergeron stated that "...we will be seeing you also next season." to Kym Johnson when she participated in the Pro-Dancer competition.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy	Tom Bergeron stated that "...we will be seeing you also next season." to Maksim Chmerkovskiy when he participated in the Pro-Dancer competition.

Julianne Hough also announced that she would not take part in Season 9, for she is concentrating on her music career .
