I know Jennifer has a dance background, but I'm not exactly sure what her pro experience is... They seem to have all levels competing every season, so all the competitors are at different levels... I guess that's how public voting is supposed to kind of level it some, as people may judge relatively and such...all sorts of different criteria with the public...
